Meet the Team

A chartered engineer and confident communicator with excellent technical capability, Helen is a highly experienced professional with 17 years’ experience in the research, development, integration and delivery of challenging, strategic projects within the asphalt and mineral products sector.

Her unique experience and vision allow her to combine proven industry expertise with academic capability to provide, as necessary, in depth support or leadership for the successful delivery of a wide range of initiatives both in the UK and internationally. Helen is a motivated and dedicated professional with an eye for detail and proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships across industry at all organisational levels.

In 2015, Helen founded The Driven Company, allowing her to remain an active part of the industry she loves. In addition, as a qualified lecturer, Helen leads all of the asphalt programmes in the Centre for Mineral Products at the University of Derby, UK. Committed to continuous improvement and capable of driving change, Helen is an active member within the sector and undertakes a range of additional industry activities.
