Project Description
Working collaboratively, Driven and VINCI Facilities Management co-created a bespoke Carbon Literacy programme tailored specifically to the facilities management environment.
The aim was to move beyond awareness and build practical, operational carbon capability across the organisation, aligning climate ambition with day-to-day decision-making, leadership behaviours and service delivery.
The programme was designed to be relevant to FM professionals operating across estates, energy management, maintenance, procurement and client-facing roles.
Work Undertaken
The programme was structured to ensure participants not only understood climate science and policy but could translate learning into credible operational and commercial action, specific work undertaken included:
- Designed and developed a bespoke Carbon Literacy programme contextualised to VINCI FM’s operational model and client portfolio
- Embedded sector-specific content covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, asset management, energy efficiency, supply chain influence and behavioural change
- Integrated practical case studies and decision-based exercises relevant to facilities management environments
- Facilitated interactive, discussion-led training sessions
- Guided VINCI FM through the organisational accreditation process with The Carbon Literacy Project
- Supported the submission and approval of learner evidence to secure certified Carbon Literacy status
