The project assessed the impact of extreme weather events on Kirklees Council’s highway operations and infrastructure. Conducted by The Driven Company Associates Limited, the Local Climate Impact Profile (LCLIP) examined past weather-related disruptions and evaluated the council’s preparedness for future climate challenges. The project involved structured interviews, data analysis, and policy evaluation.
